Project description

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago Headquarters are located at the east side of Queen’s Park Savannah, the biggest and most crowded park and open space in the capital of Port of Spain, becoming an important architectural reference, as well as Ventanar’s first project in this country.

Composed by five office levels, two basement levels, terraces and a retail area in the first floor, this project was built by the multinational construction company Bouygues Batiment Trinidad and Tobago Construction Company (BBTTCC), with architectural design leadered by Arquitectonica.

Unitized 6″ curtain wall system with IG FT glass (IG-FT SNR 43 6mm + Air 12 mm + FT Clear 6mm) and spandrel 6mm FT frit glass was installed.

Additionally, the project included architectural curved profiles, canopies, internal 10 mm FT clear glazing, and office furniture by Ventanar’s own furniture line ARKETIPO.
