Project description
Milla de Oro is a two office tower project with 13 and 16 stories each, three retail levels, service centers and restaurants. It is located in an important commercial and tourist zone in El Poblado, Medellín.
The following systems were installed:
- Svelte 50 storefront with hidden mullions, visible transoms and 15 cm capping. Glazing: Laminated HS 4 mm Solar-e (Pilkington) + 0.76 clear PVB + clear 5 mm and FT 5 mm Solar-e (Pilkington).
- Retail area in Levels 1 and 2: Svelte 50 storefront with hidden mullions, visible transoms and Low-e 10 mm AA-Energy Advantage glass.
- T237 sunshade.
