Parque Caracoli shopping mall was built by the chilean construction company Parque Arauco, and it counts with 600.000 built m2 in retail areas and 85.000 built m2 in total.
For the office tower, Ventanar installed a Hunter Douglass Softwave enclosure, and reflective glass windows with laminated Solarban Low E clear 10 mm.
The commercial access was built in silicone glazed curtain wall with metallic structure and reflective glass; it also counts with an automatic skylight system for the mall’s ventilation at night time.
