City U

City U is the first university residential project in Bogota, composed by three towers that allow up to 1.713 students, and have 30, 26 and 20 stories each.

For this project Ventanar installed 10045 window systems with ventillation and 22 cm sill, and laminated clear 5 mm glass + clear  0.75 PVB + 5 mm.

Storefronts for the first three levels were installed in T101 aluminum tubular system and HS laminated 5 mm + 0.38 inc PVB + 5 mm glass. Lower and upper ventillation was also installed with ALN 315 louver and perforated aluminum plate. Casement doors with stainless steel accesories were installed as well.
