Optimus is a mixed use building, located on a 7.000 m2 lot. The business complex has two 8 story towers, one for offices and one for Courtyard by Marriot hotel. It is located next to El Dorado International Airport.
Svelte 50 curtain wall was installed in the office area, and Verona window system with acoustic control was installed in the hotel. Glazing: Laminated 5 mm + 5 mm with screen-type frit (black dots) for solar control.
