Plaza Bocagrande shopping mall and Hyatt Hotel

Plaza Bocagrande project located in Cartagena city, is part of a mixed use complex composed by three modules that include Plaza Bocagrande shopping center, Hyatt Regency Hotel and H2 apartment complex.

Ventanar installed a modular silicone glazed Unitized curtain wall with hidden transoms and mullions. Glazing: Laminated HS Solarban 60 VTII 5 mm + clear PVB  0.045 + clear 5 mm  + spacer (chamber) 12.5 mm + clear tempered 6 mm. Alutile Silvermetallic 4 mm composite aluminum panel and fixed ventilation grid were installed in front of the slabs.

Additionally, embedded glass balustrades, high-performance sliding doors and louvers for the terraces were installed.
