Majestic Building

Majestic is a 37 story + 5 basement levels residential tower. The building is the first skyscraper build in Bucaramanga by Fenix Construcciones S.A., a company leadered by Horacio Guarin. This is the construction company’s biggest project to date, and they look forward to replicating it in Colombia’s main cities. Due to the building’s height  uncommon engineering works were required, specially because of the city’s topographic complexity; additionally, an outstanding environmental maganement work, recognized by Bucaramanga’s environmental authority was executed.

Installed products:

• 1.857 m2 in MAXIMA doors.
• 3.400 m2 in IBIZA doors with laminated (4+4) gray glass.
• Lobby and Sky Bar in Svelte 50 system.
• Zanzar (Italy) motorized and manual insect screens for windows and doors.
