Bavaria Headquarters

Bavaria’s new Administrative Headquarters is composed by a seven-story building located in 127 and 53A streets in Bogotá, with a capacity for 700 employees. This intelligent building, counts with 25.203 build m2, and its a sustainable construction in design as in construction and operation.

Ventanar installed a ventilated aluminum self cleaning composite panel facade, using EcoClean by Reynobond, which posess a titanium dioxide coating that while exposed to the UV light from the sun, turning the surface into hydrofilic, and making dust particles ready to be washed away with just the slightest bit of moisture, such as light rain or morning dew.
